How we work
We will establish the scope of your requirements from your initial enquiry. If we are unclear as to what you want from this then we'll telephone you to clarify any details. We will attend site to meet with you by appointment and discuss your needs.
A site survey will be undertaken and, with your permission, we may take some photographs to better help explain any problems we find.
A priced quotation will then be prepared and presented (along with any supporting literature that may be required for technical or specification reasons), together with details of proposed solutions and materials for consideration.
Once a formal order has been received, a further site visit is invariably made to fully understand any client overlap or specific work schedule requirements and to introduce sub-contractors, should they be required.
Site specific hazards will be identified, risk assessments and method statements will then be prepared, together with any necessary drawings and other details for approval, before work starts.
Site management and control, together where necessary with client involvement, will deliver a finished project to very high standards.
